Hallowell takes a limited number of orders per production run. Here is what the process actually looks like.
Who we build for
Collectors who want a mechanical watch they can hand down and have serviced by the atelier that built it — not a fashion accessory replaced next season.
Timeline
A typical order is filled within the current production run, usually four to seven months from reservation to delivery.
What you get
The finished watch, its full spec sheet, a warranty card, and a direct line to the watchmaker who assembled it for future servicing.
What we need from you
Your reference and any spec options (strap, dial color where offered), and one point of contact for confirmation before the build begins.
